Great experience with this company. They kept in communication with me as I planned for my father to have a scooter delivered to the resort in Punta Cana. Prices were fair except that the emails I received stated that I could pay with Zelle so as to not have to pay the credit card fee, but that wasn’t the case. It was not the delivery person’s fault, but I ended up paying the fee because I used my credit card. Other than that the rental was perfect for our needs and the company was flexible when I needed additional time before checkout. We left the scooter at the hotel and did not have to worry about pickup. Great service!

Dealing with Handicap Travelers DR was a pleasure. They respond quickly and efficiently. I can’t believe the independence that using the scooter gave me. I got to go everywhere that the other 18 people in my family went. I never could have walked it and didn’t want to rely on anyone to push a wheelchair. The scooter was delivered quickly and I was given great instructions on how to use it. I will definitely call them again when visiting Punta Cana.
