Hotel Concierges & Hospitality Professionals

Hotel concierges, guest services representatives, and other eligible hospitality partners receive a 15% commission on all qualifying products and services, including equipment rentals, accessible transportation, and accessible tours.

Commissions are calculated based on the eligible service amount actually paid by the customer.

The following charges are excluded from commission calculations:

• Optional equipment insurance fees.

• Delivery & Pick Up Fee.

• Cancellation fees, including those incorporated into a reservation's total price.

• Refunded or canceled services.

• Any additional charges specifically identified as non-commissionable in the booking confirmation.

Insurance and cancellation fees do not generate commissions, even when included in the reservation total.

Electronic Commission Payments

HTDR processes affiliate commission payments on a quarterly basis.

Payments are scheduled between the 10th and 20th day of the following months:

Commissions become eligible for payment once the customer has completed the booked service, the payment has been received, and the reservation has been verified by HTDR.

The minimum commission payout is USD $300.00.

• Affiliates must accumulate at least $200.00 in approved commissions to receive payment.

• Commission balances below $200.00 automatically carry forward to the next payment period.

• Once the minimum payout is reached, the accumulated eligible commission will be included in the next scheduled quarterly payment.

• There is no need to submit a new request for previously accumulated commissions.

Example: If an agency earns $180.00 in one quarter and $150.00 in the next, its accumulated commission will be $330.00 and will qualify for payment during the next scheduled payment period.

HTDR offers the following electronic payment options for approved affiliates.

Travel partners located in the United States, Canada, Latin America, and other supported countries may receive their commissions through PayPal.

To register for PayPal payments:

1. Visit www.paypal.com and create a PayPal account.

2. Complete the account registration and verification process.

3. Provide HTDR with your registered PayPal email address or PayPal username.

4. HTDR will use your verified payment details to process your approved commissions.

PayPal services, receiving capabilities, and applicable fees may vary depending on your country.

Travel partners with eligible U.S. bank accounts may receive their commissions through ACH direct deposit or Zelle.

Please provide the following information:

• Business or account holder's name.

• Business address.

• Bank name.

• ACH routing number.

• Bank account number.

• Account type (checking or savings).

• Email address.

Travel agencies, tour operators, and hospitality partners located in Canada and Latin America must provide their banking information to receive commission payments through an available bank transfer method or provide their registered PayPal account details.

Required Banking Information:

• Business or account holder's full name.

• Business address and country.

• Bank name.

• Bank account number.

• Account type.

• SWIFT/BIC code, transit number, CLABE, or other applicable banking identification.

• Email address for payment confirmation.

ACH deposits are available when the affiliate has an eligible U.S. bank account. For Canadian and Latin American bank accounts, HTDR will confirm the available international transfer method before processing payment.

Important Payment Conditions

• All commissions are calculated in U.S. dollars (USD).

• The minimum commission payout is USD $200.00.

• Payments are processed quarterly between the 10th and 20th of January, April, July, and October.

• Balances below USD $200.00 automatically carry forward to the next payment period.

• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.

• Applicable bank fees, PayPal charges, and currency conversion costs will be communicated according to the selected payment method.

• Banking information must be submitted through a secure payment registration process.

HTDR provides its registered travel partners with access to a booking and commission tracking system.

Through this system, affiliates can:

• View reservations associated with their affiliate account.

• Monitor booking status and completed services.

• Review commissions earned from eligible bookings.

• Track accumulated commission balances.

• Review payment history and upcoming eligible payouts.

Booking and commission information is updated as reservations are processed and verified by HTDR.

To ensure a transparent and fair partnership, the following conditions apply:

Eligible Reservations: Commissions apply only to qualifying reservations correctly associated with the registered affiliate at the time of booking.

Completed Services: Commissions are earned after the booked service has been completed and the corresponding customer payment has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds: Canceled, unpaid, or fully refunded bookings do not qualify for commission. Partial refunds may result in a proportional commission adjustment.

Excluded Charges: Insurance and cancellation fees are not commissionable, even when included in the reservation price.

Payment Currency: All commission amounts are calculated and recorded in U.S. dollars (USD).

Payment Verification: HTDR reserves the right to review reservation details and payment records before approving a commission payout.

Partner Responsibility: Each affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with any applicable tax, reporting, or legal obligations in their country.

Program Updates: HTDR may update commission rates or payment procedures with prior written notice to registered affiliates. Changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce commissions already earned on qualifying completed reservations.

Partnering with Handicap Travelers DR allows your agency or hospitality business to offer accessible travel solutions while earning commissions on eligible reservations.

Our services include mobility equipment rentals, wheelchair-accessible transportation, and accessible travel experiences throughout the Dominican Republic.

REGISTER and you will receive a unique travel agent CODE. Use this code to get commissions only on WAV Transfers, mobility Scooters rental, wheelchair rentals and any equipment rent on our website. Just insert the code on the field marked as Travel Agent and automatically will get your commissions will be posted on your bookings and commissions report.

If the Travel Agent do not expect to book transfers or any equipment of our inventory at least once a month in a continuous basis, we suggest you do not register. The system keeps a count of the amount of reservations per account and if the agency does not have reservations in four consecutive months it will be automatically deactivated without a warning.

Simply complete the Handicap Travel Advisor Program application form below. Once your information has been processed, we will provide you with your unique Handicap Travel Reward Number (HTA).

Each time this number is used when booking a mobility equipment or oxygen rental, Handicap Travelers will record your commissions and pay you at the end of each period Rentals.
